Full-Service Hotel Parking Lot Reconstruction

The hotel could not close its parking lot. The project required a detailed phasing plan maintaining access to the hotel entrance, emergency vehicle routes, and ADA-accessible spaces at all times — across six weeks of active construction.

We developed a three-phase construction sequence reviewed by hotel operations before mobilization. Each phase was scoped to stay within a defined window. Night paving was deployed in two zones to eliminate daytime traffic conflicts for guests.

Reconstruction completed in 6 weeks with zero guest access disruptions. All 210 spaces delivered fully ADA-compliant. Hotel management reported unsolicited guest feedback noting the improved lot quality.
