Regional Medical Center Campus Expansion

The site required 85,000 cubic yards of cut and fill across a zone with compressible soils identified in the geotechnical report. The GC had a hard mobilization date for vertical construction, leaving zero schedule buffer on grading.

We pre-positioned our full dozer and scraper fleet before notice to proceed was issued. GPS-guided grading allowed us to maintain grade tolerances across the full 22 acres without constant stakeout. We coordinated directly with the geotechnical engineer on real-time moisture conditioning to keep compaction on spec throughout.

Finished grade accepted by the geotechnical engineer 11 days ahead of the vertical construction mobilization date. All compaction testing passed on first submittal. Zero RFIs attributed to the earthwork scope.
